Astrology has been a part of my life since childhood - passed down to me along with many other intuitive traditions on my maternal line. It is through my ancestors, who were engaged in piracy of British merchant ships, tea leaf and tarot readers, growers of medicinal herb gardens, singers, sewers, weavers, milliners, and a long line of teachers and educators, that I inherited my gifts. These roots sprouted a vibrant, sensitive, adventurous, sharp, passionate and creative practioner of healing arts, in me. I've cultivated my inheritance through gaining a Bachelors of Arts in Women's and Gender Studies, a Masters Degree In Community Mental Health, and have been studying and practicing astrology and herbalism for a decade. 

 

Studying astrology is my main source of how I "hear psyche speaking through all things of the world, recovering the world as a place of soul." Considering natal placements, in relationship with current transits not only provides "frames" to consider experiences within, but also ensouls experiences with numinous (spiritual) meaning.

While I hesitantly engaged with Astrology for years...with a cautiously optimistic eye, testing for "accuracy,"..I now find myself dedicated and engaged in a trusting apprenticeship with the universe.
